So titled because Plush, by Stone Temple Pilots, was what I was listening to when the image popped into my head.
Done with gouache and black marker to touch up the edges. and white-out for those numerous mistakes. I started out with black India ink, but that created too many gradiations, and I've since found that gouache creates a nice, solid color. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. heh, loola told me how to do emoticons... BEWARE! I meant the face to be comic-type face as opposed to anime, but not being objective on the matter, i wasn't sure how it came across. working with just black and white is fun, though. really makes you analyze(sp?) how light reflects off of cloth or an uneven surface.
